Policy Overview
Random Chat is firmly committed to protecting all users, including minors, from harm. We strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This policy is in alignment with the latest Google Play Child Safety Standards and is publicly accessible to ensure transparency for users worldwide.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
The following activities related to child sexual abuse and exploitation are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Creating, uploading, or distributing any content involving minors in a sexual context
- Any act that sexualizes minors, including grooming or facilitating sexual contact or exploitation
- Inappropriate interactions, threats, or coercion involving minors
Upon detection or receiving a report of such activities, we will take immediate action, such as blocking or removing accounts, deleting content, and if necessary, notifying relevant authorities.

In-App Reporting & Feedback Mechanism
Users can report any concerns, inappropriate content, or policy violations directly within the app. The in-app reporting feature enables immediate notification without exiting the app. Examples may include:
- A “Report” button within the app menu (e.g., Settings, Help, or Profile sections)
- A “Report Inappropriate Content” button on user profiles or post detail pages
Once a report is submitted, the Random Chat team will promptly review the issue and take appropriate action.
CSAM Detection & Response
If child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is identified on our platform, Random Chat will take the following steps:
- Immediately remove or block access to the reported content
- Permanently suspend or restrict the offending account
- Contact and cooperate with relevant authorities or law enforcement if necessary
- Comply with any additional actions mandated by applicable child protection laws
Designated Child Safety Officer
Random Chat has appointed a Child Safety Officer (CSO) to oversee compliance with these child safety standards. The CSO is responsible for managing communications with Google Play and any law enforcement agencies regarding CSAE.
