Data deletion request information for Google Play
This process is for RanChat Android by Gagasofts. You can request deletion by email using the steps and form below.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the request form below or send an email to admin@gagasofts.com.
- Include your app account identifier and the phrase "Data Deletion Request" in your message.
- We verify request ownership and send confirmation to the requester.
- Deletion from active systems is completed within 30 days after verification.
